About Health-Soft

Health-Soft is a practice-management platform built specifically for dental clinics in India. Most clinics run on a mix of a paper appointment register, a personal WhatsApp number for patient messages, and whatever spreadsheet the front desk has settled on — Health-Soft replaces that patchwork with one system, without asking clinics to install anything or buy new hardware.

We start with the thing patients already use every day — WhatsApp — and build booking, reminders, and clinical records around it, in the languages patients actually speak. As a clinic grows, Health-Soft grows with it: from booking, to full clinical records, to lab and inventory management.

Health-Soft is built and operated in India, with patient data hosted in India-region infrastructure in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
